Dear friends, I have been affected by the baldness issue for more than seven years and I was just unanswered to get the solution because everyone talking about medications or therapy instead of surgical restoration. Last year I had gone through the hair transplant experience at Medispa clinic of its Jaipur branch performed by Dr Suneet Soni. I had a very good experience as the procedure went smoothly without having any kind of pain, scar or discomfort. I had grade-IV baldness, which perversely affected my crown, temporal and the top areas of the scalp. As the surgeon explained, it is a simple surgical procedure that involves simple incision and suture and why I agreed for the treatment. When I had gone through the experience, it was like a normal surgical practice in which surgeon harvested the grafts via the strip excision from the safe donor part of the scalp. They have given me the local anaesthesia prior to surgery and thus the procedure experience was without having any kind of surgical pain or discomfort. Since the procedure started early in the morning got completed in the evening around 4 to a 5pm and can say that the procedure is just a day-care job and from the next morning we can resume our daily routine job after receiving the first head wash at the clinic. The technical job like dissection of grafts was performed under the higher magnification of microscopes as it is a matter of great concern and precision in the surgery which is strictly followed by the Medispa clinic. I just had my surgery this Saturday (11th Aug) i had online consultation and straight away booked the date seeing the doctor's reputation. Reached the center a day before, had my surgery the next day. Satisfied with the surgery. But what disappoints me is the lack of doctor patient interaction. Most of the work except the strip extraction and slit making is done by the doctor's assistants. The only time i interacted with the doctor is during the surgery and on the day before the surgery where the doctor was available for consultation just for a total of 10 minutes. Even though I stayed two days after the surgery, i never got the chance to talk to the doctor even once neither did he come to visit me as a patient post operation. Every time i asked to meet the doctor, the assistants would say he has gone out or he is in a meeting, even though i said i was traveling back a 1000 km and wouldn't have the opportunity to visit the doctor after . Though i am happy with the way the surgery and consultation went, i left the center all the way back to Chennai, really disappointed about the post operation follow up of the doctor. I understand he's a reputed doctor and he is very busy but I request Dr. Suneet Soni to at least look up how a patient is doing after surgery and not only if anything goes wrong. This goes a long way in boosting the patient's confidence after a life changing surgery. Kindly take this as a suggestion and not criticism.

I had gone for my hair transplant treatment almost 8.5 months ago at Medispa. So far the result is highly satisfactory. The density of the hair at the front portion is quite amazing. Waiting for more hair to come up in the coming months. The doctor Suneet Soni is very polite and very much experienced. The support staffs are very friendly and homely atmosphere at the clinic.
